- Installment is a special form of payment for Tours on Hahalolo. It allows customers either to pay the entire order value in one payment or to pay by tenors (3 months, 6 months, etc.) with no interest and such payment must be completed prior to the tour departure time according to Hahalolo's regulations.
- The installment method is only applied to certain tours specified by the supplier, and denoted by
below the tour information.
General conditions
The time from the date Customers book a tour to the date the tour departs must not exceed 18 months.
Conditions for 100% payment
Customers are allowed to book tours and pay 100% of the total order value prior to 93 days of the departure date (greater than or equal to 93 days), also get a percentage discount on total booked order value and this shall be directly deducted at the time of payment.
Conditions for interest-free installment payment
Customers are allowed to book a tour prior to 186 days of the departure date (greater than or equal to 186 days) and complete paying 100% of the total order value before 93 days of tour departure date.
Payment notifications for next tenors
7 days before the payment due date, the system will display a message The order is going to reach the next payment due date on dd/mm/yyyy with 2 options Pay now and Extend in the Handnotes section. Customers need to ensure on-time payment to avoid order cancelation according to the regulations.
At the Tour booking information page interface, after filling in the full and correct information about Contact's information, Number of travelers, and Accompanied services (if any), you proceed with the Payment option section. Here, you can choose one of these two options:
- 100% payment: Select the prepayment method to get a percentage discount on your total booked order value that corresponds to a certain period of time before the Tour departure date.
- Installment payment (only available when you book a tour at least 186 days in advance of the departure date):
- Choose installment tenor:
Choose one of the installment tenors: 3 months, 6 months, 9 months, or 12 months without interest (Depending on the time period from the date you book a tour to the date the tour departs, there will be corresponding tenors that are available for you to choose). - Determine prepaid rate: Percentage of the value and amount that you need to pay in advance for the trip.
Quickly select a prepaid rate on the slider or enter a specific number into the desired prepayment percentage box to find out how much you need to pay for this first payment. (You must pay at least 1% of the total order value for the first time) - Check the installment details section displayed in the adjacent table. This includes Total order value, Prepaid rate, Prepaid amount, Remaining amount, Information conversion fee, Bank fee, Installment interest rate (%), Installment interest, Total installment amount, Installment tenor (month), Monthly installment amount, Next installment tenor.
Note: The installment tenor is established in the following month from your prepayment.
- Click Installment plan details to view more detailed information about the installment plan applied.
- Continue to perform the steps to fill in the tour booking information including Payer information, turn on the Use Vouchers/Coins/Points button (if any), select a Payment method (payment gateway), and proceed to Pay the determined amount for this first payment.

Option 1: Access via Handnotes
(Only available for orders booked with Hahalolo account login)- Visit hahalolo.com and log in to your account.
- Click your profile picture thumbnail
in the top right of the screen on any Hahalolo page and select Handnotes.
- Click Tour and view your Order details.
Option 2: Access through looking up the tour booking number
(This option is also available for orders booked without Hahalolo account login)- In the main interface of the Tour menu, click Look up booking number below the Search button.
- Enter the booking number (included in your Tour booking confirmation email) and click Search to check the booking information.
- At the Installment Tour you're tracking, click Pay now
Note: The Pay Now button is only displayed when you're going to reach the installment payment tenor, not throughout the tour installment period.
- Enter the confirmation code you’re asked. This code will be sent to the email address you declared when booking the installment tour.
- Click Confirm to be redirected to the Order payment page interface
- Declare payer information
If you want to retain the previous payer information, click Use previous payment information, the system will automatically extract the declared information. - Select a payment option
- Domestic payment by ATM cards or iBanking of banks through payment gateways:
Select your desired Payment gateway - International payment by international payment cards (Visa/Master)
Enter the information on the payment card into the corresponding fields, including Card number, Cardholder name, Expiration date, and CVC code.
- Domestic payment by ATM cards or iBanking of banks through payment gateways:
- Recheck your Payment information, including:
- General order information: Order code, Tour name, Total price, Paid amount, Unpaid amount, Next installment tenor
- Payment information for the current tenor: Installment tenor, Installment amount, Installment payment amount.
- Click Pay
You will be redirected to the payment interface of the selected payment gateway. - Fully update information to complete the payment process.

- Enter the confirmation code you’re asked. This code will be sent to the email address you declared when booking the installment tour.
- Check Tour information, Extension request information, and enter the reason for extension request into the Late payment excuse box
- Click Confirm to complete the payment extension request.
Note: For each installment tenor, you only have once to get a payment extension of 5 days. If the new installment due date is over and the order hasn't been paid, the tour will be canceled.
- Payment: Customers can choose a suitable payment option, including Domestic payment by ATM cards or iBanking of banks through the payment gateways such as Payme and AlePay; or International payment by international payment cards (Visa/Master). The exchange rate is applied at the time Customers book a Tour and is fixed during the installment period.
- Payment due date: The fixed monthly term that customers have to make a payment according to Hahalolo's regulations. For each installment tenor, customers only have once to get a payment extension of 5 days. If the new installment due date is over and the order hasn't been paid, the tour will be canceled.
- Force majeure: In case of force majeure such as natural disasters, epidemics, floods, fires, wars or threats of war, terrorism or terrorist threats, or earthquakes resulting in Hahalolo's inability to provide the Tour booked by the Customer, despite all efforts to perform the service, Hahalolo will refund the full amount paid to the Customer.
- Money transfer fee: If the Customer is refunded the amount paid in accordance with the provisions of the installment process, the customer will bear the arising transfer fee (if any).
If Customers complete their full payment of the total order value within a certain period of time prior to tour departure date, Customers shall receive the following benefits:
- Customers shall get a percentage discount on their total booked order value and this shall be directly deducted in the last installment. (this rate depends on the payment completion time compared to the departure date).
- If customers cannot go on the tour as planned, they have the right to cancel the tour and ask Hahalolo to refund the paid amount. Along with that, Hahalolo will give customers a certain percentage of the amount paid (this rate depends on the time Customer completed the previous payment).
Customers must notify Hahalolo of Tour cancelation before 93 days of the departure date.
If Customers haven't completely paid 100% of the total order value, Customers will receive the following benefits:
- Payment extension: Customers are allowed to get a payment extension of 5 days from the Payment due date once Customers send a notification to Hahalolo or Hahalolo has sent an extension notification to Customers. If the extension period is over and the Customer hasn't made a payment, the booked tour will be automatically canceled and the paid amount will not be refunded to the Customer.
- Tour cancelation policy: Customers are allowed to make a tour cancelation request as notifying Hahalolo prior to the monthly payment due date or before the tour is automatically canceled in accordance with the Payment extension provisions of this Process. Hahalolo shall consider refunding the paid amount back to the bank account of the person who booked the Tour after having withheld the corresponding percentage of penalty fee based on the paid amount in accordance with Hahalolo's regulations.
