HOW TO MANAGE A REVIEW

  1. At the Tour Page Management interface, select Order management and click Review management.

    SEARCH FILTER:

    • Tour name: select All tours or a specific tour you want to view a review
    • Departure date: search for reviews by departure date
    • Customer name: search for reviews by customer name who booked the tour
    • Booking number: search by booking number
    • All ratings: select All ratings or filter reviews by each rating, including Excellent, Very Good, Satisfied, Average, or Poor.
    • All reviews: select All reviews or select Deleted to view deleted reviews.
  2. After entering the above-mentioned filter conditions, click Search
  3. Select Reset if you want to delete the previously selected criteria and reset the review list.

To track and manage reviews with ease, you can sort the search results by selecting Sort by:

- Latest review

- Oldest review

- Highest score

- Lowest score

REVIEW INFORMATION:

Each review will display the following information:

  • Customer name
  • Booking number: Each Tour in the tour order will have its own unique code generated by the system to help you look up the tour order.
  • Tour name: Name of the tour that the customer booked and experienced
  • Departure date: Departure date of the Tour
  • Review score: The average score is calculated based on each specific score that the customer has rated for each evaluation criterion
  • Review content: Specific content of the review by customer (if any)
  • Time reviewed: The time when the customer submits their review.

DELETE A REVIEW:

You can Delete reviews received from customers that you do not want to display on the tour page:

  1. Click Delete at the review you want to delete.
  2. Click Confirm for the review deletion when a confirmation message pop-up is shown.
    Click Cancel to cancel the review deletion.

NOTE: Deleted reviews will not display on the tour page, but will still be visible in the customer's order.

RESPOND TO A REVIEW:

You can Respond to reviews received from customers as a tour page manager:

  1. Click Respond at the review you want to respond to.
  2. Enter the content you want to respond into the "Enter your answer" box
  3. Click Send
  4. Click Confirm for the review response when a confirmation message pop-up is shown.
    Click Cancel to cancel the review response.

NOTE: You cannot edit a response once it has been sent.

VIEW REVIEW DETAILS:

You can view review details by clicking View details under each review. Review details include:

  • Overall review of the tour: customer's overall review by rating, including Excellent, Very Good, Satisfied, Average, or Poor
  • Review score details: detailed scores on a scale of 1 - 5 of customer satisfaction evaluation criteria for Schedule, Meal, Property, Tour guide, and Vehicle.
  • Review content: Specific content of the review by customer (if any)
  • Time reviewed: The time when the customer submits their review.
