Promotions

STEPS TO SET UP A PROMOTION:

1. At the Hotel Page Management interface, select Hotel management and click Promotions or select it in the detailed information settings of a room type.
2. Click Create promotion to start setup.
3. Enter Promotion details:
   • Identify the Status of the promotion, switch the toggle on Puslish to start running the program.
   • Enter Promotion name and description.
   • Set the applicable time period including Start date and End date.
   • Select currency: defaults to the currency selected when creating the Hotel Page.
   • Select language: select a language that you intend to set up content.
   • Set Promotion photo.
   • Set Promotion conditions:
     - Basic deal: Basic promotions
     - Early bird: Promotions for guests booking well in advance
     - Extended stay: Promotions for long-stay guests
     - Fixed amount discount: Fixed cash value that is directly subtracted from the Selling price for each room per night (after tax).
     - Percentage discount: The promotion value will be calculated on a predetermined ratio (percent) based on the Selling price for each room per night (after tax).
   • Tick the Valid booking date. checkbox. Select a valid booking period that allows customers to apply the promotion in the From box (start date) and the To box (end date).
   • Set discounts:
     - We offer you the ability to build exclusive conditional promotion levels which are based on the Selling price for each room per night (after tax).
     - Promotion value includes: conditional value (Minimum advance booking days, Minimum number of night stays) and promotion value (percentage, specified amount, or maximum discount). The highest promotion level will be applied to eligible orders. For the initial display, the system will prioritize the highest level to help you attract more guests.
     - You can create multiple promotion values by clicking Add. Click to remove a set discount.
   • Select the list of room types that is eligible for the promotion:
     List of unselected room types: To list/ include the rooms that can be applied to the promotion. Select the rooms that is eligible for the promotion, then click to select the rooms to apply the promotion or click to select all rooms.
     List of selected room types: To list/ include the selected rooms that are applied to the promotion. Click to remove the selected rooms that are applied to promotion or click to remove all rooms.
4. Click Save to finish.

Steps to search for a created Promotion:

1. At the Promotion interface, enter one or more search information:
   - Search for promotions
   - Select language
   - Start date
   - End date
2. Click Search

Or you can check out promotions in the All, Unpublished, Published and Deleted sections.

1. At the Hotel Page Management interface, select Hotel Management and click Promotion which can also be found in the room type details section
2. Click Edit and Select the language at the Promotion that needs editing
3. Edit promotion information, then click Save.

1. At the Hotel Page Management interface, select Hotel Management and click Promotion which can also be found in the room type details section
2. Click Add new language at the promotion that requires an additional language
3. Select a new language and enter the information corresponding to that language
4. Click Save to finish.
