Promotions

This feature allows you to set up promotional campaigns for your Customers. You can set up a Promotion that will be automatically applied under the conditions acquired, or a Promotion only applied if the customer owns a corresponding Promotion code. For the time being, you can only have one code corresponding to a Promotion.

Note: the system will include all the Promotions (if available), so be aware of the Promotion application period when setting up to avoid unexpectedly duplicating the time

Steps for setting a Promotion:

  1. Access to Promotion in the Page Settings menu
  2. Click Create promotion to start setup.
  3. Enter Promotion details:
    • Language: select a language that you intend to set up contents.
    • Enter Promotion Name and description
    • Set Promotion Logo
    • Click Add respectively in Tour you want to apply the Promotion.
    • Set Original Currency
    • Set the applied time period of Start and Finish time
    • Identify the Status of the promotion, publish to start running the program.
    • Identify mechanism for applying promotions:
      • Fixed amount : fixed cash value directly subtracted from total value of after-tax order
      • Prorated price: The promotion value will be calculated on a predetermined ratio (percent) based on the Sale price (after tax).
    • Set Promotion levels:
      • We offer you the ability to build exclusive conditional promotion levels which for Hotels are based on the total value of after-tax order .
        • Each price includes: conditional value (order value) and promotion value (% or fixed amount). Qualified orders will be applied the highest promotion level. For the initial display, the system will prioritize the highest level to help you increase customer attraction.
    • Promotion code : identify the code that customers must enter to activate promotion mode. This means that the promotion only applies automatically if it does not set this code, otherwise the customer must enter the code to get the promotion. The code distribution to customers (if any) is manual.
    • Total usage : the number limitation of times this promotion is applied, this means that it only applies to the first N order

As mentioned:

  • Promotions will be accumulated if there are multiple promotions available at a particular time.
  • Each promotion program may decentralize the promotion level, the customer will get benefits from the highest promotion level if satisfying conditions
