View your booking status if the payment has not been completed
- Click
Your cart in the top right of the screen - Select Tour booking and click Select
- At the tour you’re following, click Book tour to proceed with the payment completion.
- Tap
in the bottom right of the screen and select Your cart - Select Tour booking
- At the tour you’re following, tap Book tour to proceed with the payment completion.
- Tap in the bottom right of the screen and select Your cart
- Select Tour booking
- At the tour you’re following, tap Book tour to proceed with the payment completion.
View your booking status if the payment has been completed
Option 1:
- Visit hahalolo.com and log in to your account
- Access Hahalolo's Tour page click your profile picture thumbnail in the top right of the screen and select Handnotes
- Select Tour and view your booking order status.
Option 2:
In addition to using Handnotes to manage your booking information, you can use a booking number to look up your order, which makes it faster and more convenient to search and manage the booking information.
- At the homepage of the Tour menu, click Look up booking number under the Search button
- Enter your booking number (sent to your booking confirmation email) and click Search to check your booking information.
