View your booking status

If the payment has not been completed:

  1. Click Screenshot_8.jpg Your cart in the top right of the screen
  2. Select the tour you are following and proceed to complete your payment.

If the payment has been completed:

Option 1:

  1. Visit hahalolo.com and log in to your account
  2. Access Hahalolo's Tour page click your profile picture thumbnail in the top right of the screen and select Handnotes
  3. Select Tour and view your booking order status.

Option 2:

In addition to using Handnotes to manage your booking information, you can use a booking number to look up your order, which makes it faster and more convenient to search and manage the booking information.

  1. At the homepage of the Tour menu, click Look up booking number under the Search button
  2. Enter your booking number (sent to your booking confirmation email) and click Search to check your booking information.

Your search result shows the following details:

  • Order code
  • Tour leader’s information (contact person)
  • Number of days (departure and return dates)
  • Total amount and payment status
  • Program details
  • Customer list information
  • Price details
  • Order status
Remove a tour order

  1. Click Screenshot_8.jpg Your cart in the top right. Then click Tour Booking and click Select
  2. Click Remove tour booking under the tour you want to remove
  3. Click Confirm to remove the order.
