Two-factor authentication settings

What is two-factor authentication and how does it work on Hahalolo?

Only when you have access to your Hahalolo account can you enable two-factor authentication. If you can't access your account, learn about how to set a new password.

Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) is a security feature (optional) for personal accounts on Hahalolo. Accordingly, users will be asked to enter a security code provided by Google Authenticator when trying to access their account from a new mobile device or browser. If you haven't saved your password on the browser you're using, you'll be asked to do so when you turn on two-factor authentication. Don't Save your password if you're using a public computer that other people can access. If you save it, you won't have to enter the security code when you log back in again.

Two-factor authentication is a security feature that helps protect your Hahalolo account in addition to your password in case your password is stolen.

How do I enable two-factor authentication?

Download and install Google Authenticator on your device to use this feature.

Computer
  1. Click your profile picture thumbnail Untitled-1.png in the top right of the screen of any Hahalolo page and select Privacy & Security settings

  5. Click Continue
