Check your booking status
If the payment has not been completed
- Click Your cart in the top right of the screen.
- Select Car Booking and click Select
- At the car rental order you're following, click Book to complete your payment.
- Tap in the bottom right of the screen and select Your cart.
- Select Car Booking
- At the car rental order you're following, tap Book to complete your payment.
- Tap in the bottom right of the screen and select Your cart.
- Select Car Booking
- At the car rental order you're following, tap Book to complete your payment.
If the payment has been completed
Option 1:
- Go to hahalolo.com and log in to your account.
- Access Hahalolo's Car Rental page, click your profile picture thumbnail in the top right of the screen and select Handnotes.
- Select Car rental and view the status of your booking orders.
Option 2:
In addition to using Handnotes to manage your booking information, looking up by booking number may help you search and manage your booking information more quickly and conveniently.
- At the homepage of the Car rental menu, click Look up booking under the Search button.
- Enter the booking number or order code (sent to your booking confirmation email) and click Search to check the booking information.

- Enter your booking number or order code (sent to your booking confirmation email) and tap the Search icon to check the booking information xe.

Your search result shows the following details:
- Booking number
- Total amount and payment status
- Car name and car type
- Pick-up location and pick-up date
- Drop-off location and drop-off date
- Total rental days
- Booking status
- Date created
Remove car rental order
- Click Your cart in the top right of the screen, then select Car Booking and click Select.
- Click Delete under the car you want to delete.
- Click Confirm to delete the order.
