What is Handnotes?
  • Handnotes is one of the special menus for personal accounts to support them in tracking their history and order status on Hahalolo.
  • You can view your order details.

HOW TO ACCESS HANDNOTES:

Click Screenshot_2.png at any Hahalolo page and select Handnotes or you can access the Handnotes section on your Profile.
Where can I manage my order?

From the moment of successful order payment, the status and detailed information of your order will be saved in Handnotes. It might be understood that:

FOR TOUR ORDER:

Your order will include the following information:

  • Order
  • Order total
  • Payment method

Click View order details to see:

  • Name of Tour Operator
  • Tour information: Tour code, Booking date

Click View details below a Status to see the information about:

  • Customer
  • Payment
  • Tour Operator

  • Order
  • Order status:
    • Awaiting confirmation: Successful order payment and waiting for the supplier to confirm the order.
    • Awaiting fulfillment: Supplier confirms an order for the supply of services.
    • Ongoing: Order is in a service period.
    • Completed: Order is out of service.
    • Pending cancelation: Customer requests to cancel and is waiting for the Supplier confirmation/Supplier cancels the order that he/she has agreed to serve and is waiting for the Hahalolo confirmation.
    • Canceled: Order is canceled when the tour program has not been completed yet.
    • Denied: Supplier refuses to serve the order.

FOR HOTEL ROOM ORDER:

Your order will include the following information:

  • Order
  • Order total
  • Payment method

Click View order details to see:

  • Accommodation name
  • Reservation information: reservation code and date

Click View order details below a Status to see the information about:

  • Customer
  • Payment
  • Accommodation
  • Order
  • Order status:
    • Awaiting confirmation: Successful order payment and waiting for the supplier to confirm the order.
    • Awaiting fulfillment: Supplier agrees to serve the order.
    • Ongoing: Checked in the room.
    • Completed: Checked out the room.
    • Pending cancelation: Customer requests to cancel and is waiting for the Supplier confirmation/Supplier cancels the order that he/she has agreed to serve and is waiting for the Hahalolo confirmation.
    • Canceled: Order is canceled when the service has not been completed yet.
    • Denied: Supplier refuses to serve the order.

FOR FLIGHT TICKET ORDER:

Your order will include the following information:

  • Order code
  • Order total
  • Date created
  • Date updated

Click View order details to see:

  • Number of orders paid
  • Number of orders unpaid
  • Number of orders refunded
  • Number of orders awaiting refund
  • Order information:
    • Created by
    • Date created
    • Customer information
    • Flight details: Number of flights, Order code, Booking code, Status, Flight number, Passenger, Extra baggage, Class seat.

Click View details below each flight, you will see:

  • Passenger details: Number of passengers, Passenger name (Without diacritical marks), Gender, Nationality.
  • Change history:
    • Order type
    • Time
    • Created by
    • Payment method
    • Payment status: Unpaid, Paid

Order statuses include:

  • Awaiting fulfillment: It is the status of an order when the ticket is displayed as Booked but the customer has not made a payment yet.

    Here, customers can click Pay Now to complete the booking process before the booking deadline specified under the total order value.

  • Ongoing: It is the status of an order when the ticket is displayed as Issued after successful payment. The customer is waiting for their flight.
  • Completed: It is the status of an order when the customer has completed their flight.
  • Complete cancelation: It is the status of an order when the ticket is displayed as Canceled because of the customer's failure to complete the payment before the specified booking deadline.
