WHAT IS HANDNOTES?

  • Handnotes is one of the special menus for personal accounts to support them in tracking their history and order status on Hahalolo.
  • You can view your order details.

HOW TO ACCESS HANDNOTES:

Computer Mobile apps
You can access Handnotes to manage your orders in one of three ways:

Option 1: Click your profile picture thumbnail Untitled-1.png in the top right of the screen of any Hahalolo page and select Handnotes

Option 2: Click Handnotes in the left menu column of Hahalolo

Option 3: Go to your profile and select Handnotes

WHERE CAN I MANAGE MY ORDER?

From the moment of successful payment for an order/booking, the status and detailed information of your order will be saved in Handnotes.

It might be understood that:

For Tour order
You can use a time range filter on each data section to filter the statistical results according to your needs.

Your order will include the following information:

  • Tour information: Tour name, Schedule, Departure date, End Date, Total days, Number of travelers.
  • Order information: Booking number, Order status, Date created, Total price, Payment status.
              Order statuses include:
    • Awaiting confirmation: Successful order payment and waiting for the supplier to confirm the order.
    • Awaiting fulfillment: Supplier confirms an order for the supply of services.
    • Ongoing: Order is in a service period.
    • Completed: Order is out of service.
    • Canceled: Order is canceled when the service has not been completed yet.
  • Installment tour information (if it is an installment tour): an installment payment reminder of the next tenor with options to Pay now and Extend.

Click View details, you will see:

  • Order details: Order information (Order code, Booking number, Order status, Created by, Date created, Date updated), Contact information (Contact person, Phone number, Email, Address), Payment information (Total price, Payment status, Prepaid amount, Remaining amount, Payment option, Payment method, Date of payment)
  • Tour information: Tour name, Schedule, Departure date, End Date, Total days, Number of travelers, Cancelation policy, Price information (price details, fees and promotions if any)
  • Activity history: Order payment history.
  • Installment history: History of installment payments (if any)
For Hotel room order
You can use a time range filter on each data section to filter the statistical results according to your needs.

Your order will include the following information:

  • Hotel information: Profile picture, Hotel name, Address, Check-in and Check-out time, Bed type
  • Order status
  • Order information: Order code, Date created, Booking number, Total price, Payment status, Paid amount, Remaining amount
              Order statuses include:
    • Awaiting confirmation: Successful order payment and waiting for the supplier to confirm the order.
    • Awaiting fulfillment: Supplier agrees to serve the order
    • Ongoing: Checked in the room
    • Completed: Checked out the room
    • Canceled: Order is canceled when the service has not been completed yet.

Click View details, you will see:

  • Order details: Order information (Order code, Order status, Booking number, Created by, Date created, Date updated), Contact information (Contact person, Phone number, Email, Address), Payment information (Total price, Payment status, Paid amount, Remaining amount, Payment option, Payment method, Date of payment)
  • Check-in information: Profile picture, Hotel name, Address, Check-in and Check-out time, Guests, Guest name, Cancelation policy, Room type, Price information (price details, fees and promotions if any) and Utilities, room services.
For Flight ticket order
You can use a time range filter on each data section to filter the statistical results according to your needs.

Select Domestic or International orders depending on your search needs. Your order will include the following information:

For Domestic ticket order:

  • Order code
  • Created by
  • Date created
  • Date updated
  • Customer: Customer name, Email, Phone number
  • Total order value
  • Booking reference
  • Booking status
  • Order status
  • Total price
  • Payment status
  • Flight information: Airline, Flight number, Departure - Arrival time and points, Number of passengers, Seat class

Click View details, you will see:

  • Order details: Order information (Order code, Created by, Date created, Date updated), Contact information (Contact person, Phone number, Email, Nationality, Address), Payment information (Total payment, Payment status, Payment option, Payment method)
  • Flight ticket information: Order code, Booking reference, Departure date, Booking status, Order status, Order price
  • Flight information: Flight information, Passengers, Fare conditions
  • Activity history: Order payment history.

For International ticket order:

  • Order code
  • Total order value
  • Created by
  • Date created
  • Customer: Customer name, Email, Phone number
  • Booking reference
  • Booking status
  • Order status
  • Flight information: Airline, Departure - Arrival time and points

Click View details, you will see:

  • Order details: Order information (Order code, Booking reference, Created by, Date created, Date updated), Contact information (Contact person, Phone number, Email, Nationality, Address), Payment information (Total payment, Payment status, Payment option)
  • Flight ticket information: Order code, Departure date, Booking status, Order status
  • Flight information: Flight information, Fare conditions
  • Passenger information: Number of passengers and passenger's personal information
  • Activity history: Order payment history.
              Order statuses include:
    • Awaiting fulfillment: It is the status of an order when the ticket is displayed as Booked (not yet issued), but the customer has not made a payment yet or makes a postpaid payment.
    • Ongoing: It is the status of an order when the ticket is displayed as Issued after successful payment. The customer is waiting for their flight.
    • Completed: It is the status of an order when the customer has completed their flight.
    • Canceled: It is the status of an order when the ticket is displayed as Canceled because of the customer's failure to complete the payment before the specified booking deadline.
For Car rental order
You can use a time range filter on each data section to filter the statistical results according to your needs.

Your order will include the following information:

  • Car rental information: Profile picture, Name of car type, Pick-up and Drop-off locations and dates, Total rental days.
  • Order information: Booking number, Order status, Date created, Total price
              Order statuses include:
    • Awaiting fulfillment: Supplier agrees to serve the order.
    • Ongoing: Order is in a service period.
    • Completed: Order is out of service.
    • Canceled: Order is canceled when the service has not been completed yet.

Click View details, you will see:

  • Order details: Order information (Order status, Created by, Date created), Contact information (Contact person, Phone number, Email, Country, Address), Total price.
  • Car rental information: Car information (Profile picture, Car type, Name of car type, Pick-up and Drop-off locations and dates, Total rental days, Number of seats, Transmission, Segment, Amenities), Driver information (Full name, Phone number, Email, Country), Deals (Offers if any, Rental terms, Insurance information), Price details (Prices and fees if any, Total payment).
