Hahalolo allows users to book both domestic and international hotels directly on the Hahalolo travel social network system in the easiest, fastest and most convenient way with the following simple steps:
We use filters to help you with your search for a suitable room on the Hotel menu bar with the entered requirements. When you enter the complete and accurate information, the system will show you the most relevant results.
Enter information about your needs to find a room specifically as follows:
- Enter the place you want to stay in the box Where do you want to stay?
- Select Check-in date - Check-out date.
- Select Rooms - Guests, including options:

Book only 1 room:
In Room 1: select the number of Adults and Children (From 0 to 17 years old) -
Book 2 or more rooms:
Click Add room then select the number of Adults and Children (From 0 to 17 years old)

Book only 1 room:
- In the option column on the left of the screen, you can filter properties by:
- Review score: Click Any, 4+ Excellent, 3+ Very Good or 2+ Satisfied to filter properties with their respective ratings.
- Price per night: Drag to select a price range that fits your intended budget.
- Click Advanced filter (if necessary) to search using the following additional information:
- Star rating: select a star rating of the property
- Distance to center: choose the distance from the hotel to the corresponding city/province center.
- Property type: select an appropriate property type
- Meals: Click Free breakfast to find properties that serve free breakfast.
- Click Apply to display a list of hotels that meet your desired requirements.
In addition to available hotels, the list of results will include hotels that are showing Sold out. You can view the room list of these hotels for reference, and consider choosing another booking date available or booking a room later if you want.
Especially for hotels with only 5 rooms available or less, you will see Only n rooms left (n is the number of available rooms). - Select Reset to delete the previous requirements you provided.
With the list of hotel results, you can sort the order of display priority to conveniently select the hotel you want to book in the following ways:
Option 1:
Click Sort by to rearrange the hotel list by available filters, including:
- Default
- Price from low to high
- Price from high to low
- Top rated
- Most booked
- Star rating from high to low
- Star rating from low to high
- Distance from city center (in order from nearest to farthest)
Then make a comparison and choose the hotel you want to book.
Option 2:
We provide you with the use of maps as a visual search tool based on the location of hotels in the search area.
In the list of search results, click View on map to display the hotel location on the map.
The View on map tool helps you locate and display accommodations in your search area. A list of accommodations with room rates per night will be shown on the left side, corresponding to the exact location of hotels on the map on the right side. Once you hover the mouse over a certain hotel, the system will highlight its location on the map.
WHAT INFORMATION DOES EACH HOTEL PROVIDE?
We provide detailed information sections on each Hotel page, including:
- OVERVIEW:
- Include basic information fields: Name, Property type (if any), Star rating (if any), address, photos, videos and general introduction about the hotel
- See the exact location of the hotel in View on map.
- FACILITIES AND SERVICES: Favored utilities and services available at the hotel
- INFO AND PRICES: Display a list of available room types according to your search results. You can see the following information fields on each Hotel room:
- Room name
- Room rate
- Photos depicting the room
- Size
- Capacity
- Bed case: Bed type and corresponding number of beds
- Meal service
- Form of payment
- Promotion (If any)
- At each room, you can view more room details, facilities, services, and amenities by clicking Room details or view check-in - check-out time, the terms and conditions of each room by clicking Terms and Conditions at the respective room.
Here, you can also change your search/change your reservation by re-entering check-in and check-out dates and number of rooms - guests to Change search/Change your reservation that matches for such a hotel only.
- HOUSE RULES: It includes the rules of check-in and check-out time, cancelation policy, child policies, pet policies.
- REVIEWS: Display customer reviews on hotel services that they have used through their booking orders on Hahalolo with a rating scale corresponding to a set of stars from 1-5 and accompanying criteria.
The system also recommends a list of Similar hotels to the one you are viewing at the bottom of the page to aid you in finding more suitable options.
After finding out the desired hotel, select a room you want to book in one of the following two ways:
Option 1
- Click Select room to go to the detailed interface of the hotel you want to book.
- Click “Book 1 room” or “Book n rooms” for the number of rooms from 2 or more at the room type you want to book (n is equivalent to your desired number of rooms).
Option 2
- Click Quick view to open a list of rooms.
- Click Check room availability.
- Click “Book 1 room” or “Book n rooms” for the number of rooms from 2 or more at the room type you want to book (n is equivalent to your desired number of rooms).
You will be redirected to the interface where you enter information and pay for the booking order.
At the interface to declare hotel booking information, declare Contact's information (Known as the person responsible for keeping in touch with the accommodation service provider), including:
- Last name
- Middle & First/Given name
- Full name as indicated on the ID card/Passport (Without tone marks).
- Phone code
- Phone number
- Country
If you are one of the hotel guests, click "I’m the guest". The information will be automatically updated in the Guest Information section.
If you book a room for others, you must declare in Guest Information, including:
- Last name
- Middle & First/Given name
- Full name as indicated on the ID card/Passport (Without tone marks).
- Phone code
- Phone number
Note: Some properties may refuse to serve guests if you do not fill out information of guests representing each room correctly.
The system will display a list of services with fees that a supplier can offer you (if any).
- For Meal service, you can refer to the services in advance, then contact the property's front desk directly to register.
- For Extra services, the Plus button or Minus button with a corresponding quantity at that service in an available limit.
For hotel rooms that do not apply meal service or extra services, information of these services will not appear on your Booking Information page.
Choose a payment option
- Click Pay later:
The property will process your payment. Depending on booking conditions, you can pay in full or in part at the property.
You are also required to fill out your Card Information (for requirements of some hotels) to secure your reservation with the property, including: Card Number, Cardholder Name, Expiration date.
- Click Pay now:
Hahalolo will help process your payment. You need to keep filling out Payment Information and choose a Payment method.
If the contact person and the payer are the same, click "Contact person". The system will automatically update the above information that you have declared. You need to fill in some additional information about:
- Address
In case you use other information for payment, please declare all fields, including:
- Last name
- Middle & First/Given name
- Full name as indicated on the ID card/Passport (Without tone marks).
- Phone code
- Phone number
- Address
- Country
Click Reset if you want to re-enter all payment information.
You can click Save payment information for next time to make it faster and more convenient for future bookings.
You can use Vouchers/Coins/Points to redeem discounts directly when making payment for hotel booking orders.
To use Vouchers for payments
- In the Coupon code section, click Enter code
- Enter your coupon code and click Search
- Click Confirm to apply voucher.
How to exchange Coins for payment
In the Use Coins section, turn on the toggle switch to apply a direct discount to the order, which is converted from the number of available Coins.
Note:
The maximum number of Coins applied will have a certain limit, depending on the total order value.
How to exchange Points for payment
- In the Use Points section, turn on the toggle switch
- Enter Number of Points you want to apply.
1 Point has a corresponding conversion value of $0.1. This conversion value is displayed in the currency selected by the user, in terms of using the standard currency to convert at the bank's current price in USD.
- Click Apply to apply the direct discount redeemed from the number of Points you selected to the order.
- If you need to change the selected number of Points, click Change and re-enter a new one, then click Apply.

If you want to change the room you selected, click Change your selection to return to the hotel page and re-select your room.

- Number of night stays
If you want to change the check-in - check-out date, click Change date?. When the Change schedule popup appears, select the desired check-in - check-out date, then click Change date. You will be redirected back to the hotel page to re-select your room.
