How do I log into/ log out my Hahalolo account?
HOW TO LOG INTO HAHALOLO ACCOUNT:
- Go to https://accounts.hahalolo.com/sign-in/ and enter one of the following information:
- Email: You can log in with the email you used to sign up for Hahalolo.
- Phone number: If you signed up for Hahalolo with your mobile phone number, you can enter it here.
- In the Password field, enter your password.
- Click Log In.
- Open the Hahalolo app.
- Enter one of the following information:
- Email: You can log in with the email you used to sign up for Hahalolo.
- Phone number: If you sign up for Hahalolo with your mobile phone number, you can enter it here.
- In the Password field, enter your password.
- Tap Log In.
HOW TO LOG OUT HAHALOLO ACCOUNT:
- Click your profile picture thumbnail
in the top right of the screen of any Hahalolo page. - Click Log out.
- Tap
in the bottom right of Hahalolo. - Scroll down and tap Log out.
How do I create a strong password?
- When you create a new password, make sure that it’s at least 6 characters long. Try to use a complex combination of numbers, letters and punctuation marks.
- You can also make the password more complex by making it longer with a phrase or series of words that you can easily remember, but no one else knows.
- Keep in mind that your Hahalolo password should be different from the passwords you use to log into other accounts, like your email or bank account.
How do I change Hahalolo password?
- Click your profile picture thumbnail in the top right of the screen of any Hahalolo page and select Privacy & Security settings.
- Click Change password.
- Enter your Current password, New password and Confirm password.
- Click Save.
- Tap in the bottom right of Hahalolo.
- Scroll down and tap Settings & Privacy.
- Tap Account and security then select Change password.
- Enter Current password, New password and Confirm password.
- Tap Save.
- Tap in the bottom right of Hahalolo.
- Scroll down and tap Settings & privacy.
- Tap Account and security then select Change password.
- Enter Current password, New password and Confirm password.
- Tap Save.
What would I do if I forgot my Hahalolo password?
You can set a new password for your account if you forget your password and can't log in.
- Click Forgot password? under the Log In or go to https://accounts.hahalolo.com/forgot-password/
- Enter Email or phone number, then click Search.
- If this is your account, click Continue.
- Enter the code you get via text message (SMS) or email in the confirmation box. If you have not received the code yet, click Did not get the code?, select Send code again and check your email/ phone number again.
- Enter a new Password and verification code, then click Continue.
- Tap Forgot password? at the bottom of the login screen.
- Enter phone number or email, then tap Find your account.
- Confirm your account, tap Continue.
- Enter the code you get via text message (SMS) or email in the confirmation box. If you have not received the code yet, tap RESEND CODE.
- Enter and confirm your new password, then tap Finish.
How do I manage other devices logged into my Hahalolo account?
HOW TO VIEW LOGIN DEVICES:
- Click your profile picture thumbnail in the top right of the screen of any Hahalolo page and select Privacy & security settings.
- Click Security and Login. Go to the Where you're logged in section, you can see all of the sessions where you're logged in:
- Login device name
- Login time
- Tap in the bottom right of Hahalolo.
- Scroll down and tap Settings & Privacy, then tap Logged-in devices. Here's where you can find all of your logged-in sessions:
- Login device name
- Login time
- Tap in the bottom right of Hahalolo.
- Scroll down and tap Settings & privacy, then select Account and security
- Select Security and login. Here's where you can find all of your logged-in sessions:
- Login device name
- Login time
HOW TO LOG OUT OF HAHALOLO ON OTHER DEVICES:
- In Security and Login, click Log out of all sessions.
- Click Accept.
- In Logged in devices, tap Log out of all devices.
- Tap OK.
- In the list of logged in devices, tap Log out of all devices.
- Tap Log out.
Note:
Your account will be logged out of other devices except for the one which is used to log out the Hahalolo account.
