How do I sign in/out of my Soctrip account?
HOW TO SIGN IN TO SOCTRIP ACCOUNT:
- Visit https://soctrip.com/login
- Enter the following information:
- Email: email you used to sign up for Soctrip
- Password: password you used to sign up for Soctrip
- Click Sign in.
- Open Soctrip app
- Enter the following information:
- Email: email you used to sign up for Soctrip
- Password: password you used to sign up for Soctrip
- Tap Sign in.
HOW TO SIGN OUT OF SOCTRIP ACCOUNT:
- Click on the avatar thumbnail
in the upper right corner of the screen of any Soctrip page.
- Click Sign out
- At the logout confirmation pop-up, select Sign out.
- On the home page interface, tap the icon
at the end of the Soctrip menu bar
- Scroll down to the bottom and select Sign out
- At the logout confirmation pop-up, select Sign out.
How to change Soctrip password
- Click on the avatar thumbnail
- Select Security
- Click Change password
- In the password change window, enter Current password, New password, and Confirm new password
- Click Change password to finish.
- On the home page interface, tap the icon
- Scroll down and select Settings and privacy
- Select Security
- Tap Change password
- Enter Current password, New password, and Confirm new password
- Tap Change password to finish.
What to do if you forgot your Soctrip password?
You can set up a new password for your account if you forget it and can't sign in.
- Click Forgot password? under the login section
- Enter the Email you used to sign up for Soctrip
- Click Send code, we'll send you a verification code to reset your password
- Enter the code received via email into the confirmation box and click Confirm
If you have not received the code, please refer to Why didn’t my email receive the verification code from Soctrip? - Enter New password and Confirm new password
- Click Confirm to finish.
- Tap Forgot password? under the login section
- Enter the Email you used to sign up for Soctrip
- Tap Send code, we'll send you a verification code to reset your password
- Enter the code received via email into the confirmation box and tap Confirm
If you have not received the code, please refer to Why didn’t my email receive the verification code from Soctrip? - Enter New password and Confirm new password
- Tap Confirm to finish.
How to manage Soctrip account login devices?
TO VIEW LOGIN DEVICES:
- Click on the avatar thumbnail
- Select Account settings
- Click Device management
Here you can view all login sessions:- Login device name
- Login time
- On the home page interface, tap the icon
- Scroll down and select Settings and privacy
- Tap Account settings
- Select Device management
Here you can view all login sessions:- Login device name
- Login time
HOW TO SIGN OUT OF SOCTRIP ON OTHER DEVICES:
- In the Device management section, click Log out all devices
- At the log out all confirmation pop-up, click Sign out.
- In the Device management section, tap Log out all devices
- At the log out all confirmation pop-up, tap Sign out.
Note:
Signing out takes place on all devices except the one currently being used to perform these steps.
