- Payment account is a payment solution and management of all financial-related activities of individuals and businesses performed on Hahalolo, helping you with an enjoyable and convenient experience.
- There are 2 types of payment accounts, including Personal payment account and Business payment account.
- To create and manage a payment account, you need to visit https://wallet.hahalolo.com/auth/signin or click the Wallet icon
in the right corner of your screen. - Log in with 2 sections: Username (Email or Phone number) and Password.
A personal payment account aims to manage and track personal financial changes with transaction history statistics, including withdrawals, money in, money out and points from users on Hahalolo.
STEPS TO CREATE A PERSONAL PAYMENT ACCOUNT:
- At the login interface, log in to “Payment account” on Hahalolo
- Click Create Personal Payment Account
- Declare payment account information:
- Enter Your payment account name, Email and Phone number
- Choose currency: USD-VND
- Click Continue to be redirected to the "SMS verification code" interface
- Enter the 6-character verification code sent to the phone number you entered in step 3. Click Show code if you want to display the verification code instead of “*” characters
- Click Continue to complete and be redirected to the Overview interface of the Payment account.
Note: The verification code is valid for 300 seconds. You can click Resend Code, but you must make sure to enter the code within the time limit and number of times allowed. If this limit is exceeded, you will not be able to click the Resend Code button.
A business payment account aims to manage and track financial activities of your business, including transaction history statistics and withdrawals on Hahalolo.
Note: To create the "Business payment account", you must first have a business account. whose information has been verified on Hahalolo.
STEPS TO CREATE A BUSINESS PAYMENT ACCOUNT
- At the login interface, log in to “Payment account” on Hahalolo.
- Click Create Business Payment Account
- Declare payment account information:
- Select the business you want to create a payment account for
- Enter Account name, Email, Phone code and Phone number
- Choose currency: USD-VND
- Click Continue.
- Choose 1 of the following 2 options to get a verification code for your Business payment account verification:
- Option 1:
- Select Send email to the email you entered in step 3.
- Click Continue.
- Enter the 6-character verification code sent to the email you entered in step 3. Click Show code if you want the code to be shown instead of “*” characters
- Click Continue to finish, and go to the Overview interface of the Payment account.
- Option 2:
- Select Send message to the phone number you entered in step 3.
- Click Continue.
- Enter the 6-character verification code sent to the phone number you entered in step 3. Click Show code if you want the code to be shown instead of “*” characters
- Click Continue to finish, and go to the Overview interface of the Payment account.
If you don't have a Business account, click Create business account now once the popup notification is shown in step 2. Complete business account creation and verification then go back to create the business payment account.
Note: The verification code is valid for 5 minutes. You can click Resend Code, if you do not get a verification code sent from Hahalolo. Keep in mind that each request to Resend Code must be at least 1 minute apart. However, you will not be able to click the Resend Code button.
