The QR scanning feature enables you to swiftly and conveniently access a Soctrip account without the hassle of looking up the name; or a link to a website, coupon, or other information you’re interested in.
How to open your QR code
Each Soctrip user has their own QR code to share their contact and connect more easily on Soctrip.
Option 1:
- Select the
icon right on top of the interface
- Select the
icon on the top-right corner to view your unique QR code and save the image to your device (if desired)
Option 2:
- Select the profile settings
icon on the right corner of the profile
- Select Share my QR code to get your unique QR code
- Select Save to save the image to your device (if desired)
Or select Share to get a link to share with others (if desired).
Option 1:

- Select Share my QR code to get your unique QR code and save the image to your device (if desired)
- Select Share to share your QR image with your friends (if desired)
Or select Copy link to get a link to share with others (if desired).
Option 2:
- At the homepage interface, select the

- Select Save to save the image to your device (if desired)
Or select Share to share your QR code image with your friends (if desired).
How to scan a QR code
The QR code scanning feature is only available on the mobile app.
- At the homepage interface, select the
- Select the
- Select Scan QR code
- At the QR code scanning interface, move the camera toward an area with the QR code to scan, the system will then swiftly look up the QR code to provide an accurate result
You can use the flashlight by selecting Flash on if the scanning area is dark
Or you can use a locally saved picture of the QR code in your phone by selecting Existing photo - The system will then redirect you to the scanned Soctrip account.
