Transaction history

How do I check my Transaction History?
It is the interface that displays transaction information history and status, including Credit or Debit amount of the account.

This list is updated every 6 hours, including:

  • Transaction type: Credit or Debit.
  • Transaction status: The type of transaction status that providers wish to look up.
  • Source: The type of transaction performed (Top up/ Withdrawal request/ Mark 10 ).
  • Page type: Select the type of business that providers wish to look up, such as hotel or tour.
  • Time filter.

INFORMATION FILTER: Filter by the selected information to find out the results of transaction history that providers expect to look up, including:

  • Transaction ID: Identifier of each Withdrawal/ Top-up request/ Mark 10.
  • Transaction date: The transaction time has been performed.
  • Amount: The transaction amount.
  • Source: The type of transaction performed.
  • Transaction status.

RESET: Delete the information users selected and return to the original state.

How do I check my Withdrawal History?
It is the interface that displays information and withdrawal statuses in "Payment Account".

This list is updated every 6 hours, including:

  • Transaction type
  • Transaction status: The type of transaction status that providers wish to look up, including: Not verified, Verified, Declined, Completed
  • Time filter

INFORMATION FILTER: Filter by the selected information to find out the results of withdrawal history that users expect to look up.

  • ID: Withdrawal transaction code
  • Request date: The date users make a transaction request on Hahalolo
  • Receiving account: Bank account number that is used to receive money when users make a withdrawal on Hahalolo
  • Payment: Default the online payment form
  • Amount: The amount users have requested to withdraw
  • Transaction fee: A percentage of the value of the transaction on Hahalolo
  • Transaction status: Withdrawal statuses

RESET: Delete the information users selected and return to the original state.
