Verify Business Account

Verifying Business Account (BA) is the step to review if users have enough rights to own and operate the business on their business account.

How do I verify my business account?

STEPS TO VERIFY A BUSINESS ACCOUNT:

  1. In the Business Manager interface, select Business information.
  2. Click Account verification.
  3. Declare information about your Personal/ Enterprise business account, then click Submit verification request.
  • After submitting the verification request, track your verification status in Business information. Normally, we will respond to the request within two working days. In some cases, it may be significantly shorter.
  • If the verification is rejected, we will contact you and let you know why. You can declare and edit later.

STEPS TO EDIT VERIFICATION INFORMATION AFTER SUCCESSFUL VERIFICATION:

  1. Click Update & Resend request.
  2. Update information that needs editing.
  3. Click Update & Resend request to verify.

VERIFICATION HISTORY SHOWS THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION:

  • Time of the verification request sent.
  • Status of the verification request.
How do I verify my personal business account?
In order to operate with a personal business account, you need to provide information to verify that you are eligible to own this personal business account on Hahalolo.

DECLARATION INFORMATION

In the verification request form of personal business account, fill out your personal information fully and correctly including:

  • Full name
  • Selecting personal identification type
  • Identification number (ID card/Passport No.)
  • Date of issue of the identification number
  • Place of issue of the identification number
  • Personal tax code (if any)
  • Phone number
  • Email
  • Registered business address

You must ensure the accuracy and validity of the declared information by uploading the proofs in the Identity verification photos.

REGULATIONS ON DOCUMENTS FOR INDIVIDUALS:

Acceptable papers Unacceptable papers

  • Obligatory documents:
    • Both side images of a 9-digit or 12-digit ID card (the original or a notarized copy, or a copy with official seal).
      - Valid substitute papers: Passport (The image of two adjacent pages shows full information and passport issuing authority).
    • Proof of business location ownership (Business Household Registration Certificate, Certificate of satisfaction of security and order conditions, letter of authorization, residential lease agreement, etc.)
  • It also may include: 
    • Passport/ driver’s license
    • Utility bills like telephone/mobile phone or electricity
    • Bank statement
  • Unacceptable documents:
    • Bills
    • Orders
    • Autofill application for company
    • Your or your company tax return
    • Print website
    • Other documents like company leaflet, letterhead, etc.

Note: Images must show a full page of the papers.

How do I verify my enterprise business account?
In order to operate by an enterprise business account, you need to provide information to verify that you are eligible to simultaneously own your business and do business validly on Hahalolo.

DECLARATION INFORMATION

In the verification request form of Enterprise business account, fill out your Enterprise information fully and correctly including:

  • Company name (Official)
  • Another name (If any)
  • Abbreviated name (If any)
  • Enterprise tax code
  • Date of business registration
  • Name of the legal representative
  • Registered business address and postal code
  • Company phone number
  • Company email
  • Business field

You must ensure the accuracy and validity of the declared information by uploading the proofs in the Business verification documents: (Certificate of business registration/ ownership).

REGULATIONS ON DOCUMENTS FOR BUSINESS:

  • Obligatory documents: Business registration certificate (the original or a notarized copy, or a copy with official seal).
  • Valid substitute papers:
    • Operation Registration Certificate for branch, representative office.
    • Business location registration certificate.
    • Certificate of Business Tax Registration or Value Added Tax Registration.
    • Certificate of satisfaction of security and order conditions.
    • Transportation business license by car.
    • Certificate of changing content of enterprise registration.
  • For Tour operator: Provide domestic/ international tour operator license.
  • Unacceptable documents:
    • Utility bills like telephone/mobile phone or electricity
    • Bills
    • Orders
    • Autofill application for company
    • Your or your company tax return
    • Bank statement
    • Print website
    • Other documents like company leaflet, letterhead, etc.
