Business Management

To be able to manage Business, you can access Business Management by:

    1. Go to your personal menu denoted by a down-pointing triangle icon (∇) on the top right corner bar.
    2. Click Business Account.
    3. Click Account Management. Your Business Management will show up.

      Business management includes the management of all Business account information you own and one or more other business accounts assigned to manage

Edit Your Business Information
  1. Go to your personal menu denoted by a down-pointing triangle icon (∇) on the top right corner bar.
  2. Click Business Account.
  3. Click Account Management. Your Business Management will show up.
  4. Click Business information to start editing your business information.
  5. Click Edit in the information section you want to change

    Information you can edit:

    • Business account name

    • Owner name

  6. Click Save to update changes.
How to change the profile picture of Business account?

In the Business information section, to change your profile picture:

  1. Click the Camera icon at the bottom of your current profile picture, select a photo from your computer to upload.
  2. Adjust photo size and click Save to confirm changes.
How to add staff to Business Account?

Go to Staff in Business Management:

  1. Click Add staff.
  2. Enter the email address of the person you want to invite them to become Staff for your Business Account.
  3. Select from the result list of Users you are looking for.
  4. Click Send invitation to finish.

Note: The system will send the selected user an invitation to become Staff of your business account. Only when the user accepts the invitation,will he or she officially become Staff of the business account.
