Business settings

Provide you with the ability to set up basic information about your tour operators, terms, policies, taxes, etc.

How to Edit general information for a Tour page?
  1. At the Tour Page Management interface, select Settings and click Business Settings
  2. Select Overview
  3. Click Edit to update/change information, including:
        • Page name
        • Alias
        • Profile picture, Cover photo
        • Introduction
        • Contact information
                Or click Add new address to add contact information.
How to set up a Tour cancelation policy prior to departure date

Customers shall only make the payment upon arrival at the tour departure meeting point or cancel their booking for free in a certain time frame before the departure date. It depends on your choice

If the Cancel feature is not set up, customers are entitled to refund of the paid money amount when they Cancel Tour.

HOW TO SET UP:

  1. At the Tour Page Management interface, select Settings and click Business Settings.
  2. Select Cancelation policy.
  3. Click on Screenshot_1.png button for the tour type you need to set up, including Domestic Tour and International Tour.
  4. Update Tour cancelation policy prior to departure date, including:
    • From (day(s)) - To (day(s)): Allowable tour cancelation time before departure date.
    • Penalty fee (%): If you want to apply a penalty fee, tick the Penalty fee box and enter the % of the order value that customers have to pay when canceling the tour.
    • Description: Enter a description for the corresponding penalty fee (if any).

    You can add more penalty levels by clicking Add new and updating the corresponding values. Click Reset if you want to re-update the Tour cancelation policy prior to departure date.

  5. Click Save to finish.
How to set up value-added tax (VAT)

HOW TO SET UP:

  1. At the Tour Page Management interface, select Settings and click Business Settings.
  2. Select VAT.
  3. Set up VAT, including:
    • VAT-inclusive price.
    • Additional VAT: percentage of VAT rate excluding a price needs to be set and will be added directly to the price for payment.
  4. Click Save to finish.
How to set up age groups

You may classify age groups for tour to set the corresponding pricing.

HOW TO SET UP:

  1. At the Tour Page Management interface, select Settings and click Business Settings.
  2. Select Age
  3. Classify age groups, including:
    • Adults: Enter a years old and above.
    • Children: Enter b years old to the minimum age of adult.
    • Young children: Enter c years old to the minimum age of children.
    • Baby: Enter the minimum age of young children and below.
  4. Click Save to finish.

Note:

  • Setting Age groups is one of the must-have conditions to be able to publish the tour page on Hahalolo.
  • In addition to the Babies box, which has been defaulted to 0, you can optionally enter the minimum age into the Children, Young children and Adults boxes. However, the Young children's age must be less than the Children's age, and the Children's age must be less than the Adults’ age.
How to set up order notifications by email

The feature is to set up your order notifications by email when customers book Tours on the system.

HOW TO SET UP:

  1. At the Tour Page Management interface, select Settings and click Business Settings.
  2. Select Order notifications
    • Click Screenshot_1.png Allow sending email and enter your Email and Phone number.
    • You can also allow your employees to receive emails by clicking the employee you want to set up in the employee list below.
  3. Click Save to finish.
How to set up Working Hours

HOW TO SET UP:

  1. At the Tour Page Management interface, select Settings and click Business Settings.
  2. Select Hours
  3. Tick the content relevant to the business's working hours, including:
    • No hours available
    • Always open
    • Permanently closed
    • Open on selected hours

      Select Opening Hours - Closing Hours corresponding to the days of the week.

  4. Click Save to finish.
