Flight booking guidelines

Depending on the type of itinerary users choose, the appropriate information will be displayed.

• Select the type of itinerary

• One way: Enter departure and arrival points
• Round trip: Enter departure and arrival points

For departure/arrival point, you can enter a location according to your needs or quickly select it from a suggested list of Popular cities or airports.

• Select the time

• One way: Enter a departure date
• Round trip: Enter departure and return dates

• Select the number of passengers
• Tap "Search"

Select your desired tickets once you are redirected to the interface of a list of flights.

1. Tap the flight you want to book.
2. Tap Select.

You will be redirected to the booking information interface.

• If you want to search for flights again, tap  in the top right of the screen. You will be redirected to the original search interface.

• If you want to filter flights list, tap Filter at the bottom of the screen, select your desired criteria and tap Save.

      Filter criteria include:

• Select an airline
• Select a time frame
• Select the number of stops
• Select a price range

• If you want to sort search results, tap  Sort at the bottom of the screen and select your desired criteria.

      Sorting criteria include:

• Ascending/Descending price
• Earliest/Latest departure time
• Earliest/Latest arrival time

• If you want to change the time quickly, select dates on the Time tab displayed as a conveyor. The site will show search results for new flights according to new time based on the previously selected itinerary.
• To view flight details and fare details, tap Details

If you have logged in to your Hahalolo account and want to use this account information to book a ticket, tap Use current account information, and the system shall automatically extract your account information.

Otherwise enter your booking information, including:

1. Contact information:

   • Last name
   • Middle & First/Given name
   • Gender
   • Email
   • Phone number
   • Address

   If you are one of the people who use tickets, tap "I am a passenger".

2. Passenger information:

   Depending on the number of passengers you select, the site will display the appropriate number of fields.

   • Last name (Without tone marks)
   • Middle & First/Given name (Without tone marks)
   • Gender
   • Date of birth (For Children and Babies)
   • Select Checked baggage (For Adults and Children) if any.
   • Add membership card number (For flights of Vietnam Airlines)

3. Tap "Next".

• Check all information that you have declared before making a payment for the ticket.
• If you want to Edit information, tap Edit information. You will then be redirected back to the interface of selecting your booking information.

If the payer and contact person are the same, tap "Contact person". The system shall automatically extract the contact’s information declared previously.

Declare payment information, including:

• Last name
• Middle & First/Given name
• Email
• Phone number
• Address
• Nationality
• State/City

You can tap Save payment information for next time to make it faster and more convenient for future bookings.

1. In the Coupon code section, click Enter code
2. Enter your coupon code and click Search
3. Click Confirm to apply voucher.

In the Use Coins section, turn on the toggle switch  to apply a direct discount to the order, which is converted from the number of available Coins.

1. In the Use Points section, turn on the toggle switch
2. Enter Number of Points you want to apply.
   

   1 Point has a corresponding conversion value of $0.1. This conversion value is displayed in the currency selected by the user, in terms of using the standard currency to convert at the bank's current price in USD.

3. Click Apply to apply the direct discount redeemed from the number of Points you selected to the order.
4. If you need to change the selected number of Points, click Change and re-enter a new one, then click Apply.

• ATM cards with iBanking of banks
  - Using an ATM card registered for Internet Banking allows for immediate payment without any additional fees, and your order will be prioritized for processing.
  - Order payment confirmation will be sent immediately via email.
• Credit/Debit Card (Domestic)
  - Domestic payment cards issued by banks in Vietnam are accepted.
  - Order payment confirmation will be sent immediately via email.
• Scan QR code

• Click Pay.

  You will be redirected to the payment interface of the selected payment gateway.

• Fully update information to complete the payment process.

You will be redirected to the interface of e-ticket and booking information.

• Check all information that you have declared before making a payment for the ticket.

• Tap Book to proceed the reservation with the Postpaid payment method.
• The system will send a confirmation email to the email address you have declared. You can choose 1 of 2 payment methods specified in the email as soon as possible to complete the payment.

You will be redirected to the interface of e-ticket and booking information.
