View your booking status if the payment has not been completed
- Click
Your cart in the top right of the screen - Select Flight Booking and click Select
- At the flight you’re following, click Book to proceed with the payment completion.
- Tap
in the bottom right of the screen and select Your cart - Select Flight booking
- At the flight you’re following, tap Book to proceed with the payment completion.
View your booking status if the payment has been completed
- Visit hahalolo.com and log in to your account
- Access Hahalolo's flight ticket page click the thumbnail of your profile picture at the top right of the screen then select Handnotes
- Select Flight and view the status of your ticket orders.
- Tap in the bottom right of the screen and select Handnotes
- Select Flight - Domestic or Flight - International and view your booking order status.
Flight booking search results will display the following information:
- Order details
- Contact’s details
- Total amount
- Flight information
- Passenger information
- Activity history
How to Look up reservation
- Access Hahalolo's flight ticket page on your computer
- Select Look up reservation in the top right of the screen
- Enter Booking reference and click Search to view your reservation information.
- Access Hahalolo's flight ticket page on your app
- Tap Look up reservation below the search section
- Enter Booking reference and tap
Search to view your reservation information.
Reservation lookup results show the following information:
- Booking reference
- Status
- Total amount and payment status
- Flight information
- Passenger information
