Conditions to receive Points and contents that can be received Points
- Only personal accounts with active personal payment accounts can receive Points.
- Quality posts, experiences on profile or posts on community sites will be able to receive Points from individual users who are interested in them.
How do I know where I have received my points from?
Point receiving on posts and experiences on Hahalolo
When you get Points for your posts on Hahalolo, you can see the list of Points received in:
- Your personal notifications with content that you have received points from another account.
- Post details: Click the icon
Points below the post you’ve received Points to see who has given Points to your post. - Donation menu: Go to your profile and click Donation to see the list of Donations.
- Points History: Go to Points in your Personal Payment Account's Transaction History
- Your personal notifications with content that you have received points from another account.
- Post details: Tap the icon Points below the post you’ve received Points to see who has given Points to your post.
- Donation menu: Tap
in the bottom right of Hahalolo and select Donation to see a list of Donations.
- Your personal notifications with content that you have received points from another account.
- Post details: Tap the icon Points below the post you’ve received Points to see who has given Points to your post.
- Donation menu: Tap in the bottom right of Hahalolo and select Donation to see a list of Rewards.
Note:
You are not able to know who has given Points to someone else's post on Hahalolo. Only the recipient can see who has given him/her Points.
